Admissions Process

Applying is Easy

1. Step One (Application)

The A.W. Tozer application process begins online. Create a simpsonyou account, your Simpson University personal admissions webpage. Then you can begin the application process. You can start the application, save your work, and later go back to review your application and make changes before submitting.

2. Step Two (Transcripts)

Request official transcripts showing your completed bachelor's degree and the last 60 semester (90 quarter) credits.

3. Step Three (Apply for Financial Aid)

File your FAFSA at www.fafsa.ed.gov (school code 001291). Fill out the A.W. Tozer Theological Seminary Financial Aid Application.

4. Step Four (If Accepted - Submit Deposit)

Upon receipt of your acceptance letter, log-in to your online application and acknowledge your acceptance. You will be asked to submit a $100 advanced tuition deposit. Your deposit allows us to unlock the student portal to you. In your student portal you can register for courses and view and accept your financial aid package.

5. Step Five (Complete Entrance Forms and View Aid Awards)

About seven days after you have submitted your deposit you will receive your student portal (webadvisor) and e-mail account information. (If you have ever been a student at Simpson University then you already have an account and can log in at anytime. If you have forgotten this information, please contact the information help desk at (530) 226-4940. Log-in to your student webadvisor account and complete the Stafford Loan Request Forms, entrance counseling info, and master promissory note. If you have questions about financial aid contact your enrollment advisor at tozeradmissions@simpsonu.edu.

* We recommend contacting the people who will be providing references for you to let them know they can complete and submit their reference electronically or by paper. If they choose e-references please log in to your application and send them a reference form. If they choose paper, please print a PDF version of the reference form for them and ask them to submit it to the office of admission. Don't forget to follow up with your references to make sure they have been completed. You can check the status of your references online by logging into your application.
