This entry-level course taught by Dr. Joel Comiskey is Tozeresque. A.W. Tozer is known for his writing that flowed from his prayer life and study. Students in this course are encouraged to pray about their projects, ponder and muse unhurriedly, crystallize their ideas, ground their thinking in theology, and write with proper grammar and structure. This is a course on clarity. It focuses on helping students to follow wise procedures, network well, and make the time to write for publication. Students who are taking the class for credit are required to produce an original draft of an article, chapter, poem, or book proposal.
Conference sessions are 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 6-10 p.m. Monday through Friday, October 4-8, 2010. Registration for this event opens on September 1, 2010. Advance online registration is required. The cost for this course is $150.
